ABOUT THIS PRINT
Part of our small Scallop series, this hand-painted shell was the original artwork that started our take on a motif we kept seeing...and loving, across fashion and interiors.
Originally painted by hand, loose brushstrokes and subtle texture give the shell its relaxed, imperfect character, while the simple composition keeps it bold and graphic.
The original off-white colourway is available in both 30 × 40 cm and A6, while the bolder black version is available in 30 × 40 cm only. Each print is finished with a tiny handwritten sisterdeux sign-off.
Printed on off-white paper made from 100% post-consumer waste. Its natural textured finish and subtle flecks add another layer of character to the print.
