ABOUT THIS PRINT
The Aegean Sunset was inspired by a past summer spent in Ermoupoli, Syros. Warm evenings, faded pastel buildings and watching the sun disappear over the Aegean Sea.
Originally hand-painted in acrylics, soft brushstrokes and layers of colour give the artwork its hazy, textured quality, capturing that slightly dreamlike feeling of a summer evening you wish you could stay in a little longer.
Printed on off-white paper made from 100% post-consumer waste. Its natural textured finish and subtle white flecks complement the painted quality of the original artwork.
