ABOUT THIS PRINT
Part of our small Scallop series, this Scallop Mini takes the original hand-painted shell and reworks it on a smaller scale.
The idea was to create little pieces of art for the smaller spaces around the home, propped on a shelf, sitting on a bedside table or framed with an oversized mount. Small in scale, but still designed to make an impact.
Originally painted by hand, loose brushstrokes and subtle texture give the shell its relaxed, imperfect character, while the simple composition keeps it bold and graphic. Each Mini is finished with a tiny handwritten SisterDeux sign-off.
Printed on off-white paper made from 100% post-consumer waste. Its natural textured finish and subtle flecks add another layer of character to the print.
